Career Panel: I have friends. Why do I need a community at work?

March 19 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

FREE

Most Americans spend a minimum of 160 hours a week in the workplace. You’ve heard of companies putting in game rooms, message chairs, collaborative spaces, to encourage a balanced work environment. Are these things attracting and retaining employees, or is something missing?

Join KerrieLee Abelein from Lockheed Martin, Calvin Moniz from Phillips 66, Lacey Golonka from Xcel Energy, and Mary Hull from Transamerica as they discuss the importance of community in the workplace through ERGs. They will discuss how ERGs have benefited their companies, why you should consider working for a company with an ERG program, and how ERGs have helped shape company culture, policies, and overall employee engagement.

Refreshments provided. RSVP using the link provided.
