Most Americans spend a minimum of 160 hours a week in the workplace. You’ve heard of companies putting in game rooms, message chairs, collaborative spaces, to encourage a balanced work environment. Are these things attracting and retaining employees, or is something missing?
Join KerrieLee Abelein from Lockheed Martin, Calvin Moniz from Phillips 66, Lacey Golonka from Xcel Energy, and Mary Hull from Transamerica as they discuss the importance of community in the workplace through ERGs.
