Dr. Pearson created Engineering Change Podcast to help REDEFINE the engineering education experience as we know it. Rooted in diversity, inclusion and equity best practices, Dr. Pearson is working to RE-imagine who we see as engineers and what we see as engineering, DE-silo academic programs and problem solving, and FINE-tune academic climate and culture so everyone can succeed.
In part I of a II part event, Dr. Pearson will share the whys and hows behind the making of Engineering Change, along with lessons learned about podcasting.
