Jamie Van Leeuwen – Senior Advisor for Governor Hickenlooper and CEO & Founder of the Global Livingston Institute (GLI) – Master’s degree in International Public Health; Master’s degree in Sociology from Tulane University; and PhD in Public Policy from the University of Colorado Denver Graduate School of Public Affairs
