Leadership Challenges of Nonprofit and Government Organizations

A discussion on what it will take to overcome leadership challenges in your life.  What type of leader will you become to achieve your life goals?

Feedback from participants on how their leadership perspectives have changed.  How could your personality affect your effectiveness?  What innate capabilities do you have that could increase your effectiveness?  What skills would you like to develop and/or wish you had been taught?

  • Michael Oakley – Head Bubba of Oakley Enterprises – BS in Civil Engineering and MEngrg in Construction Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; and completion of the US Air Force Squadron Officers’ School, Air Command and Staff College and Air War College programs.
  • Joe Eazor – Chief Executive Officer of Rackspace – BS in Petroleum Engineering from the CSM and an MBA at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. As Rackspace’s chief executive officer, Joe Eazor is responsible for the company’s global strategy and operations – spanning the U.S. and the three other continents where Rackspace maintains offices and data centers.
