The purpose of these monthly meetings is to engage all departments and campus units in guiding Mines DI&A, support your unit DI&A diversity efforts, share best practices as we implement our Strategic Plan for DI&A, and facilitate communication between the campus community and leadership. Please ensure that your unit has one representative present at each meeting. You are welcome to forward this invite to another representative in your department/unit.
At each monthly meeting:
- Share best practices: ~5 min/ea overview from 2 units each month on one of their DI&A initiatives.
- Diversity plan reporting: progress reports and plan updates are due at the end of the academic year. Each meeting we will review a different tool/template/resource that will help you along the way.
- Open discussion: opportunity for you to as
