Library Concert Series featuring Miner Dissonance

Please join us for a special holiday concert presented by Miner Dissonance in their first appearance at the Concert Series.  They will be performing Christmas classics, like Deck the Halls, Mary Did You Know, O Christmas Tree, and many more!

Miner Dissonance, a mixed voices a cappella  group, has been active on the Mines campus since 2011. The group was founded by several musically inclined Mines students who wanted to sing on their own schedules and it stuck around! Their sound has evolved over the past few years and where they are now is incredible given the circumstances of the pandemic.

Per Jamie McIntyre, Miner Dissonance administrator, “This group worked incredibly hard through the entire pandemic to prepare all of this music and this is only the second actual live performance opportunity we have had since March 2020. We greatly appreciate everyone coming to see us perform and hope to see them more in the future.”
