The purpose of these monthly meetings is to engage all departments and campus units in guiding Mines DI&A, support unit DI&A implementation efforts, share best practices as we implement our Strategic Plan for DI&A, and facilitate communication between the campus community and leadership.
General DI&A council meetings are open to the Mines community.
At each monthly meeting:
1) Share best practices: ~5 min/ea overview from 2 depts/units on one of their DI&A initiatives.
2) Implementation reporting: implementation plan reports and plan updates are due at the end of the academic year. Each meeting we will review a different tool/template/resource that will help you along the way.
3) Open discussion: opportunity to ask questions, dialogue on current events, suggest topics for next meeting.
