Welcome! Mindful Mondays will continue for Fall 2020 as a drop-in guided mindfulness meditation for all Mines students, faculty, and staff. No experience necessary, all are welcome, come as you are!
Our Kick-Off Meeting will be held via ZOOM, join us virtually here as we take care of ourselves as Orediggers.
Held every Monday from 3:00 – 3:30pm (excluding holidays & campus breaks).

What is mindfulness? It’s paying attention to your present moment experiences with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to be with what is. It’s a great way to boost your concentration, feel more engaged in your life, and manage stressful experiences with greater ease.
The group is facilitated from a secular, evidence-based perspective and incorporates relevant research whenever possible. Facilitators include faculty/staff from various departments on campus and students who are involved with OMM (Organization of Meditators at Mines).
Here’s what to expect each week:
-Short introduction to that day’s topic
-15 – 20 minute guided meditation
-Brief check-in/Q&A
Whether you’re brand new to meditation or mindfulness or already have an established practice, we’d love to have you! All Mines students, faculty and staff are welcome – come as you are!
