Skill Building Series: Engineering College Success

This seminar provides psychoeducation and brain science and offers practical tools and strategies to improve executive functioning skills. The three sessions are divided into content that builds upon itself. The modules are dedicated to (1) supporting self-regulation (2) optimizing our environment and  (3) utilizing organization and management tools/strategies.  By the end of the seminar, you will better understand how executive skills impact academic and daily functioning and the ability to establish a formula to support college success.
